I was born and raised in Peru. Psychology was my starting point — I’ve always been fascinated by people — which led me into career coaching, then outplacement, then recruiting, then HR strategy, then branding and content. In three different countries. A lot of it wasn’t even a plan; some moves were just me trying to pay my bills.
I didn’t just want to understand people. I wanted to understand how people and organizations grow together. That’s the thread now. My work sits between HR, talent, and brand — translating real people-insights into communication that feels credible, useful, and human.
